“Core strength is linking the working limb[s] to the body relative to the task'“ - in this class we strengthen and mobilise where the arms meet the core. We have fun developing strength-skills on the Rings. 75 min class. There’s coffee and craic galore, and heavy work!

Splits+Giggles

Fridays 6pm

Make Friday evenings great again. Do this class if you: Want to develop your splits+pancake in a chilled class with good craic and great work with Nathan

SlowSmoothFast

Based on the Concept 2 RowErg and SkiErg: a 45 minute experience. We'll use various methods to develop our aerobic and anaerobic systems while learning how the harmonise with the machines to get the best out of each workout. Suitable for all levels.
Tuesday 11:15am = Zone 2 Aerobic Base
Saturday 8am = Mixed Level Intervals

Handstands+Coffee

Saturdays [2 hours] 10:30am
Tuesdays[1 hour] 6:15am, 7:15am, 10am, 6pm

The super-beginner-friendly workshop-like class. Great coffee, very social, building skills, busting through plateaus, creating miracles, and having fun.
