IN 28 DAYS WE WILL...

- Establish how you move. We’ll give you the variation of each main movement that you need, and show you where you may need to bias mobility or strength more. We use genuine, real-time movement instead of an arbitrary ‘screen’. You’ll see why from the moment we meet you.

- Help you understand the work stimulus so that you’re not doing too much or too little[It’s not just Goldilocks that wants it just right]

- Get you feeling confident in being Stronger, with a balance of technique and smart loading: coaching you in steps that become leaps.

- Improve your Hips, Shoulders, Hamstrings and Spine function and mobility and strength. We place a huge importance of basic human anatomy as it’s the foundation of anything else you do. Make the human better and the human who plays sports etc does better. Got some niggles? Our coaches will go through each end of the spectrum to improve your function.

- Show you the crucial element of Core Strength+Mobility, how it needs to be done, and how it scales this way. This works for rehab/post-Natal level all the way up to athlete-level strength.

- Teach you how to train fitness intelligently. It’s not by thrashing yourself with needless fad workouts! We work on what suits your needs instead of lumping you into one-size-fits-all.

- Establish a clear line of communication, so you know that at any time you have your coach there to answer your questions[we hope you have loads]

- Show you have training can genuinely be the most enjoyable part of your day. Yes, it’s work. But purpose, achievement and people make it so good!!

- If you’ve got concrete strength goals, such as your first pushup, first chin up, deadlift or squats, we’ll map out how you get there, and when.

- Give you access to all of our main classes, as well as our Specialty classes.

- See what a structured week that nurtures your body instead of just stressing it and breaking it down looks like, with classes like Somatic Sunday, Hip Day, Bend+Flex, Splits’n’Giggles and F*ck It! Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. We don’t believe in contracts because people’s lives change. They changes jobs, move house etc - 28 Days of Movement has no obligation for you to join after. If you do sign up, our memberships are billed every 4th week with just an 8 week commitment and only 2 weeks notice if you need to leave. Simple. Human.

  • Our passion is literally to make training an accessible part of people’s lives and to show people how enjoyable staying in shape can and should be. If you find gyms intimidating you’ll see how we have chosen to make ours somewhere you’ll genuinely look forward to. If you’re worried the workouts will be too tough for you, don’t be. You’re the exact type of person we have helped for over 10 years in Terenure. The Movement Studio’s foundation is in meeting people where they’re at, and building people upwards, from a humble and realistic starting point.

  • No! Not at all. We have over 55 classes each week. Handstands+Coffee is something a portion of our members enjoy, and a large portion of our members don’t go near. Those classes are Tuesdays and Saturdays, and there are other class options those days as well! We have no expectation or agenda for you to do handstands.

  • Absolutely. We need to get to know a little about you before you start, so we can guide you specific to your needs. This is typically a Phone Chat, as most of our time the studio is busy with classes. If you’d much rather see the studio in person we can book a time in for that though.

  • It’s better than both! Small Group Personal Training is 1 Coach to 8 Members. Over 10 years experience, we have found this to be ideal as a price point for sustainable training, getting the absolute best attention, expertise and guidance personally from your coach. Also, the X-Factor nobody gives enough credit to: the group energy, support and encouragement from a small group. A fraction of the cost of One-to-One with coaches who cover way more than most PT’s would even think of.

  • You don’t, BUT… Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the main days of our program for strength, fitness and mobility. We typically recommend these classes to most people.Our timetable is fully flexible. We have our own App for you to easily book your classes each week. You can change the times you train if your schedule dictates. We make it as easy as possible to fit into your life.

  • The 28 Days of Movement just starts from the date of your first class. So you can purchase it now, and start next Monday, for example. A quick reminder that we require a quick phone consultation before you start, as getting to know you is our priority.
